"Lonesome"

Lonesome is 57" (14.1h). He is a 1992 model and is "Dark Sorrel".
He is registered (certified "gaited") with theAmerican Gaited Mule Association. He has a beautiful head and jaw, and he even has good withers! He is a joy to ride because of his "gait" and his great disposition. Click on the video link below to see a 7 second clip.

You may have seen this photo of Lonesome and Marie. Since it is Marie that usually rides Lonesome and also Marie that takes the pictures, it is hard to get a new picture. We like this one, though, because you can see his over stride.

Lonesome is game for anything, but not equally good at all games! When we tried Donkey Team Penning with him, he was cautiously enthusiastic until one of those calves headed right at him... then he was OUT OF THERE!
